Cartel Wars

The Consequence of America’s Open Border Policy

Col. Chang Li, former Chinese Special Forces commander, is currently an “ambassador” to South and Central American countries negotiating “Belt and Road” initiatives, chosen because of his bright intelligence and flawless Spanish (his Mother is from Mexico City). He is sent to Mexico to negotiate an initiative to expand Mexico’s two largest naval bases to accommodate the world’s largest oil tankers (as well as Chinese aircraft carriers and other military ships if ever needed). In addition, he is to travel to the border between Mexico and the US and meet with Cartel leaders to inspect their border infrastructures.

Just five years ago, the plot of CARTEL WARS might have been dismissed as pure fiction. Today, it reads like a high-stakes battle of good versus evil—one that feels all too plausible. America has let its guard down, and author Richard Funk masterfully weaves a storyline that mirrors the stark reality we may soon face. The good news? America is waking up. This book is a powerful wake-up call for those who have yet to grasp the full extent of China’s relentless mission to dismantle the American way of life.
